Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Gacha Goat! We aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and tracking.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, such as product launches, holidays, or sales events. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email at support@gachagoat.ca.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We currently ship from 7815 Croissant Salomon within Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.
Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days after dispatch.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping — check our promotions or product pages for eligibility details.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@gachagoat.ca with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a suitable resolution.
Preorders and Backorders
Items marked as preorder or backorder will ship once they become available. Estimated release or restock dates will be listed on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, they may be shipped separately.
