Thank you for shopping at Gacha Goat. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our refund and return terms below.
Trading Card Singles — Final Sale
All TCG singles (Pokémon, One Piece, MTG, Lorcana, etc.) are FINAL SALE.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on single cards under any circumstances once the purchase is completed.
This policy is in place because:

Single cards are sensitive to condition and value changes

Handling can affect grading and resale value

We ensure all singles are accurately described before shipping
We verify the condition of each card before packing and provide clear condition grades such as NM, LP, MP, etc.
If your order arrives with shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
Sealed Products
Sealed products (booster packs, boxes, tins, figures, blind boxes, gacha items, etc.) may be eligible for a refund or exchange only if unopened and returned in the same condition received.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Opened, tampered, or unsealed items cannot be refunded.
Apparel, Accessories & Other Merchandise
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for:

Items must be:

In original packaging

Free of odors, stains, or damage
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once your order is packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
TCG Singles cannot be canceled once purchased.

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Sale or clearance items

Digital goods

Mystery items, blind boxes, and gacha pulls (due to random nature)
